The exception is if they are using the lift to move merchandise to or from high shelves, in that case, the aisle is temporarily blocked for the consumer’s protection. We just need to make sure that the staff understands the importance of opening it up as soon as possible. Keep safe out there and be diligent in doing these inspections.
